dandelion on the table


i got some wonderful dandelion bouquet last week, very happily did naomi bring it into the kitchen and loved it for a couple days. then the dandelions all closed up and soon thereafter they all lost the yellow brownish crown. i almost feel like i could say, they "freed themselves" from the old dried up flower pedals. just to appear in their new dress of white and wonderful feathery parachute seeds. once more i enjoy spring in the house on the table!
and there is lots of interesting salad leafs we can eat, spinach, arugula, dandelion leafs, spring onions and some wonderful light italian dressing.
