the 14th

it has been a great and full day. planned was to celebrate amos birthday with a big dessert buffet in the afternoon, playing with cousins and friends, lots of laughs and plain joy to be together.
more family members joined and we quickly went from afternoon desserts to dinner buffet. i love summer birthday parties and could totally have some more of them...

though now all is cleaned up and the camper loaded, we are off to a short week of traveling with the camper across switzerland, there are a few set points, like the train station where we will pick up joel after work, so he will be able to join us for tomorrows hike to the longest hanging bridge of switzerland, the triftbrücke. photos and travel reports will follow upon returning home.
