naomi loves to help, she loves to peal veggies!i "employed" her to help me prepare lunch today. we had lots of root veggies (potatoes, sweet patatoes, beets) to peel and cut and cook. she was pealing for almost 1/2 h, very focused and intent to finish her job. and she did a good job working hard. we enjoyed cooked roots with a cheese sauce and sauteed mung bean sprouts.
