the chamber pot

one of my antique chamber pots has been in use now and then, not for it's intentional purpose, but on display. this time as a kind of a vase. with a few sticks from behind the house, some hot glue and then lots of rosemarie twigs, tyme and lavender.

the rosemarie bush in front of our house, is growing wildly and it started to crowed out all the other plants, so i needed to trim it quiet a bit. there is just so much rosemarie i can use up in the kitchen, but just putting it on the compost pile didn't seem right either. this bouquet on our ktichen table seemed just right and it is slightly fragrant but not over powering. nice to look at and i absolutetly love greens and flowers indoor as well as in my garden
